Return Policy

In the unlikely event you experience a problem with any of our products while within the warranty period (one year from purchase date), please contact us directly for a return authorization. Please have the item number, description of the problem, and serial number available to initiate the process with our support team. Serial numbers are listed on the product box and back of the unit, but if you have questions you can contact us for instructions on obtaining your serial number.

Likewise, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund you must do so by Janurary 5, 2025. Please contact us with your order number and serial number so that we can provide you with the return authorization and the return shipping address needed to process the return in a timely manner. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please make sure to keep all original packaging until you are certain you are satisfied with your Tivoli Audio product.
